Bonjour, I am Eryn
Not long ago, my family and I sold everything and came to Provence — led by the quiet hope of a slower, more intentional life rooted in beauty, culture, and meaning. What began as a move has become a transformation. Provence is not simply our home; it is a way of becoming — a gentle weaving together of parts long dormant: the storyteller, the gatherer, the artist of fleeting moments.
From this season of becoming, Chasing Provence retreats were born. As your host, I invite guests to step into the rhythms of this place I now call home — wandering village markets, gathering around beautiful tables, sharing seasonal meals, and experiencing the quiet rituals that shape everyday life in Provence.
With a background in interior design and architecture, and experience assisting with weddings, photoshoots, and boutique styling in Northern California, I bring both a trained eye and a personal sensibility to the experiences we create. Coming from a family of designers and makers, I have always carried a keen instinct for color, balance, and detail — something I now weave together with my love of antiques, storytelling, and the landscapes of Provence.
I approach each retreat like a poet, layering story, season, and setting into something both meaningful and enduring. It is less about an itinerary than about creating moments that linger — shared experiences that feel timeless, textured, and deeply human.
More than a journey, each retreat becomes a living memory — an artifact of time, and perhaps a quiet chapter in your own story.
